    By accessing or using GTM Heroes ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    GTM Heroes provides behavioral intelligence tools for sales teams, including prospect profiling, sales blueprint generation, and related features powered by our HBX engine.

    3. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or its users.

    5. Payment Terms

    Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GTM Heroes LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    GTM Heroes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
